The Pueblo Viejo restaurant is located in a large room near the lobby, but is completely independent. With capacity for 120 people, divided into two areas called "El Abuelo", the largest area that is adjacent to the bar and "La Nona" for smaller groups that has only eight tables. Over El Abuelo there is “El Soberado”, a play area with Billiards, Darts and Ping Pong.
In the Restaurant Menu, you find both traditional dishes from our Cocina Ecuatoriana as international dishes. It is a cuisine of the earth, in which the vast majority of products are purchased from the surroundings, to the people of this unique region: from the vegetables and eggs until vegetables, fruits and medicinal herbs. The products that are not available in the area are purchased always under strict control of our chef. Being located on the parallel "0" and crossed from north to south in the Andes, Ecuador enjoys a favorable climate, so that most products that we provide the Pacha Mama (Earth) can be acquire throughout the year ... That makes the kitchen is unchecked by the seasonal product, because unlike other countries, foods do not depend on the season.
